What is The Creator Hub?

The Creator Hub is a virtual learning space dedicated to equipping students with vital real-world skills in collaboration, communication, and creativity. Through immersive platforms like Meta Horizon Worlds, students come together to build projects, exchange ideas, and work toward shared goals in a dynamic, community-driven environment.

Collaborative Learning

Each session begins with a short, mentor-led lesson (around 15 minutes), followed by dedicated collaborative project time. Students work in pairs meshing their unique skillsets together. This structure promotes peer mentorship, and ownsership where students takes on a leadership role, and learn the value of teamwork, contribution, and responsibility. A friendship dynamic, designed to foster community and growth through intergenerational collaboration and relationship building.

Our Session Structure

Each Creator Hub session is thoughtfully designed to maximize learning, collaboration, and creative output.

Time Allotment	Activity	Description
0 - 15 Minutes	Mentor-Led Lesson & Concept Introduction	Each session begins with a "Skill Spark" mini-lesson where a mentor introduces a new concept, tool, or technique. This is followed by a clear project briefing, setting the stage for the day's collaborative work.
15 - 60 Minutes	Collaborative Project Time & Peer Mentorship	Students dive into hands-on project building in pairs. This dynamic fosters peer guidance, with mentors providing support as needed.
Integrated	Share & Reflect (Informal)	Towards the end of the project time, pairs are encouraged to briefly share their progress or discuss what they've learned.
